FinTech Product Manager

Role Overview:

Our client, a rapidly growing FinTech startup revolutionizing digital payments, is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of their payment solutions platform. You will work at the intersection of technology, finance, and user experience, defining product strategy and bringing innovative features to market. This role offers significant growth potential in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives

  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps based on market research, customer feedback, and business priorities

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality product releases

  • Gather and prioritize product requirements through customer interviews, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement

  • Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications

  • Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to inform continuous improvement

  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and threats

  • Lead product launches and coordinate go-to-market activities with marketing and sales teams

  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and security standards

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in FinTech, payments, or financial services

  • Proven track record of successfully launching digital products from concept to market

  • Strong understanding of payment systems, banking infrastructure, or financial technology

  • Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions

  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma)

  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus
